USDA Black Angus beef, seasoned with our proprietary blend of pastrami spices.  Sold cooked sous vide and carved.

Most packages are over one pound.

 

We recommend cooking overnight, and serving for lunch

For Shabbos preparation, place sealed bag in water bath, cover, and cook in oven overnight at 94° C / 200° F.

For same day preparation, place bag in boiling water and cook 3.5-4 hours, adding water as necessary as it evaporates.

Defrost before use for best results.
