PLEASE NOTE: Due to certain rules/requirements in our new kitchen space, we are unable to use pulled pastrami in this product. It still contains 30% pastrami, but the pastrami meat is now ground (along with the other meat cuts).
Grill or broil on high for 3-4 minutes per side, until meat reaches an internal temperature of 71° C / 160° F.
  Defrost before use for best results.
