Grill:
preheat to 350 degrees F. / start with the open part of the pita downward, cook for 3 min. / place on the closed, opposite pita side, cook for 2-3 min. / cook remaining two sides 2-3 min. each / remove from heat, let rest with lid closed 5-8 minutes for perfect, fully cooked arayes
Oven:
broil the open part of the pita upward for 2 minutes / finish at 350 degrees F. for 5 minutes on each side
