Defrost and remove from bag. Place on parchment paper and apply egg wash. Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 191° C / 375° F for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. Rest for 20 minutes and serve.   (For Shabbos, can sit on hot plate after baking.)
