About our Beef and our Process

 

Source – With utmost precision, we carefully select our USDA-approved Black Angus beef, ensuring it surpasses our stringent standards for marbling quality.

Aging – Embarking on a journey of exquisite flavor and unrivaled tenderness, our beef undergoes a delicate 7 to 14 days of wet aging, followed by an additional 14 days to meticulously craft its unparalleled texture.

Trimming – Exuding artistry, our skilled butcher meticulously carves the beef, eliminating any excess fat, and presenting it in a captivating and refined manner.

Flash frozen – Expertly vacuum-packed, we bestow upon each cut the guarantee of supreme quality and consistency, ensuring every succulent bite is an unparalleled delight.

 

 

Subscription Box Information

 

*What is a subscription box?

In general, the idea is that you paying in advance to reserve, and then receive, four (4) boxes of meats over a period of four weeks. Using this structure, we can reserve and maintain consistent quality and price from our supplier, and for you.

For the High Holidays, our plan is to deliver two (2) double boxes, one before Rosh Hashanah, and one before Sukkot.

 

*When can I expect delivery?

Deliveries will be on our regular days of Thursday and Friday, unless special arrangements are necessary.

For Rosh Hashanah, we will be delivering on Wednesday and Thursday before the holiday begins.

 

*Can I get more than one box, or can I pause delivery for a week?

Yes! Think of us as your “meat freezer” for the duration of your subscription. If you want to receive two boxes at once, that is fine. If you need to pause delivery, we are happy to hold your meat at our shop.

 

*Can I have a box delivered to a friend or family member instead?

Yes! Delivery is included, and we are happy to bring your box anywhere we regularly deliver (where no additional fee is required).
