Heating Instructions

 

There are two steps – bringing the meat up to temperature, and creating a crust on the outside

* Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

* Place ribs, chicken, and smoked pastrami on baking tray lined with parchment, cover with aluminum foil (don’t crowd the meat)

* Heat for 10-15 minutes

* Create a crust (optional) – uncover, brush meat with sauce, broil for about 5 minutes

 

Tips:  – you may glaze meat with the included BBQ sauce or Mustard sauce, or use your own sauce

           – keep close watch on the meat while under the broiler

 

To cook hot dogs:  cut small slits in each, bake 10-15 minutes on included tray.  Top with BBQ baked beans, cook another 5 minutes.

 

After heating, food can be kept warm in a 200 degree oven
